1. Agreement to Terms
By installing and using the **Password Manager** mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.
2. Scope of Service
The App provides a secure local password management tool. All services are provided "as-is". The App helps generate and store credentials on your local device. We have no access to your vault data.
3. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for keeping your device secure, setting appropriate screen locks, and backing up any credentials. Uninstalling the app or factory resetting your device will result in permanent loss of all stored credentials.
4. Intellectual Property
The design, source code, graphics, and branding assets of the App are owned by the developers and are protected under copyright laws. You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the App.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the App, including data loss, security leaks, or loss of access to your credentials.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate support, updates, or availability of the App at any time without notice.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your local jurisdiction.
